I started teaching private guitar lessons in in Ruston, Louisiana, at Haymaker's Guitars in 1988. My favorite music is classic rock, but I'm familiar with many styles and have been teaching everything from country to blues to jazz and even classical guitar.

I was a concert percussionist at Ruston High School, at Louisiana Tech and at The University of Louisiana at Monroe. I've been teaching kit drumming and concert percussion almost as long as I've been teaching guitar.
